Processing and delivery times shown on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Our current standard return period is 30 days from delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions stated in that policy.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Eligible EU consumers who purchase products online generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period generally begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Where an order contains multiple goods delivered separately, different rules regarding the beginning of the withdrawal period may apply under applicable law.

EU consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal by providing Torytale with a clear statement of their decision to withdraw before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

No reason is required.

Torytale's commercial 30-Day Return Policy is separate from the EU statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit or replace that right.

Order Cancellations and EU Withdrawal Rights

Torytale may not always be able to operationally cancel or modify an order once the order has been processed, packed, transferred to a fulfillment partner, or shipped.

However, this does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal available to an eligible EU consumer.

If an order has already shipped, an eligible EU consumer may still exercise the applicable statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

EU Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Consumers in the European Union may also benefit from a statutory legal guarantee of conformity.

Under EU law, consumer goods are generally protected by a legal guarantee for a minimum period of two years from delivery.

The statutory legal guarantee is separate from both Torytale's 30-Day Return Policy and the EU statutory right of withdrawal.

Expiration of Torytale's commercial return period does not mean that statutory legal guarantee rights have expired.

Delivery Rights

Delivery estimates displayed by Torytale are provided in good faith based on normal fulfillment and carrier conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights relating to late, failed, lost, or damaged deliveries.

Where applicable law requires Torytale to remain responsible for goods during transportation, responsibility for loss or damage will remain with Torytale until the goods are received by the customer or another person designated by the customer, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If an EU consumer receives a damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise non-conforming product, statutory remedies may apply independently of the right of withdrawal.

Such commercial policies are intended to provide additional convenience and do not replace or reduce mandatory consumer protections.

Where a commercial Torytale policy provides more favorable terms than the applicable legal minimum, the more favorable commercial terms may apply subject to the conditions of that policy.

Responsibility for delivery is subject to applicable law and the shipping arrangements used for your order.

If tracking shows unusual delays, loss in transit, or delivery issues, please contact us and we will assist with reviewing the shipment status.

A carrier marking a package as delivered does not automatically prevent you from contacting us regarding a genuine delivery issue.
