EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are an eligible consumer in the European Union and purchased goods from Torytale online, you may use this page to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.
You generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods, without giving any reason.
This statutory right is separate from Torytale's 30-Day Return Policy and does not limit any other mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

What Happens Next
Our customer support team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return warehouse address.
Please do not automatically send the product to the address printed on the original shipping label or to our registered business address, as the correct return location may vary depending on your delivery location, product, and fulfillment warehouse.
After notifying Torytale of your withdrawal, you should return the goods without undue delay and generally no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, unless Torytale has agreed to collect the goods or applicable law provides otherwise.
For a statutory change-of-mind withdrawal, you are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless Torytale has agreed to cover that cost or applicable law requires otherwise.
Different rules may apply if your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise not in conformity with your order.
Refunds
For a valid statutory withdrawal, Torytale will reimburse payments required to be refunded under applicable law, including the price of the returned goods and, where applicable, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express or premium delivery, the additional delivery cost above the standard delivery option may not be refundable where permitted by law.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
For sales of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method is expressly agreed.
Product Handling
You may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for that purpose, where permitted by applicable law.
